Due to the limited space available on any of our boats, notification of your intent to cancel a reservation is required 72 hours in advance for a full refund when the reservation is for a diving party of 3 or less. An additional 24 hours is required for each additional member of a party of more than 3 divers.

For example:

• You must cancel by Wednesday at 12:00 PM for Saturday
  morning and afternoon charters.

• You must cancel by Thursday at 12:00 PM for Sunday
  morning and afternoon charters.

If in the event a trip is canceled due to conditions beyond our control, ie weather, you will either receive a phone call, or be sent a cancellation email message from our reservation system, or both. Please be sure to provide a valid email address as well as a local or cell phone number so that you can be reached.
