Do I need a Reservation?

Yes. This ensures your spot on the boat! During the reservation process, please be sure to supply us with a cell phone or hotel phone number of where you are staying so that we can contact you in the event a schedule changes.

When does the boat leave?

All times posted on our online schedule are check-in times. The boat will leave shortly after everyone has signed in.Usually 30 minutes after check-in. However, if you are renting gear, please arrive several minutes early so that we have plenty of time to gear you up with the correct size(s).

How can the check-in process be expedited?

For a smooth and expedited check-in, download and print the needed form(s) using the Quick Links menu above. Please date and sign the form(s) using the day(s) you'll be diving. Bring the completed form(s) with you to the boat. This will save you time during check-in.

What is your refund policy?

Full Refunds:

Trip canceled due to weather.
Trip canceled due to insufficient customers.
Trip canceled due to boat mechanical problems before leaving dock.

No Refunds:

Cancellations within 72 hours.
No-shows or passengers arriving after scheduled departure time.
Bad visability.
Seasickness problems.

How long is the boat ride to Wreck Alley?

In good seas, around 20 minutes.

How long is the boat ride to Point Loma Kelp Beds?

Depending on the dive site in Point Loma, and sea conditions, anywhere from 25-35 minutes.

How long is the boat ride to Los Coronados?

On our fastest boat, the Kelp Connection, 50 minutes to an hour.

Does the Divemaster dive with us?

No, our divemaster stays on the boat for surface assistance. You will be given a full dive briefing on the location and typical dive profile. If you are a solo traveler, we will do our best to buddy you up with a fellow diver(s). If you are interested in having a divemaster take you on a tour, please call in advance so that arrangements can be made.

Do you offer rental gear?

Yes, we have a full inventory of rental gear from 7MM wetsuits to full weight integrated BCD's, regulators and everything in-between. Nitorx is also available for Nitrox Certified Divers. For rental prices, click here.

Can I bring my own tanks?

Absolutely, we'll simply take ours off the boat.

What do you provide on your trips?

Aluminum 80 tanks, weights, snacks and/or lunch depending on the trip.

How can I tell the difference between Harbor Seals and Sea Lions?

Sea Lions - Have ears, Bark, and are generally bigger.

Harbor Seals - Do not have ears, do not bark, and are generaly lighter in color with spots.
