Our kayak tours in La Jolla take place at the La Jolla Eco-Reserve, a marine life sanctuary and the home to the seven sea caves, Leopard shark city and the local sea lion and harbor seal colonies.
Our kayaks are stable, sit on top kayaks. All rentals come complete with a backrest, life jacket and a paddle. If you are new to kayaking you may choose to take one of our exceptional kayak tours with a certified kayak guide who is sure to show you around to the coolest spots as well as offer interesting facts and history about the local area.

On our La Jolla kayak tours, you can expect to see dolphin, Sea Lions, Harbor Seals, and a variety of different bird life. On many days, its common to see local fish life from the kayak, including Garibaldi and (harmless!) Leopard Sharks.

If you are a beginner the calm waters of Mission Bay may be what you need to get started. The learning curve is quick and it shouldn’t take you long before your paddle boarding the waves in the open ocean.
If you are interested in a bit more of a challenge then dive right in and see what you got. La Jolla offers great surfing as well as paddle boarding.
